On One Academy™

The One Army is a community of One Academy™ members and other like-minded individuals across the globe who choose to challenge themselves, and take on obstacles together.

It’s about more than losing weight, getting a flat stomach or jacked arms. At One Academy™, you train properly, build positive relationships and help others. You have an army pushing you to become stronger and getting you ready to face anything life throws your way!

Members must be at least 14 years old to participate in our regular classes. If under 18 years of age, the member must have a parent/legal guardian signature.

Yes, 10 and 20 packs are a perfect gift for a friend or loved one who is interested in changing their life!

No, One Academy™ offers functional group training. Strength and conditioning programming for everyone from beginners to elite athletes.

On Memberships

Yes. Members can cancel memberships, but written notice must be given 30 days prior to cancellation.

In addition to class packs, we offer 3 monthly memberships. These are recurring auto-payments.
Warrior – 4 classes/month ($75)
Beast – 8 classes/month ($139)
One Month Unlimited – unlimited classes and unlimited open gym visits ($169)

This all depends on your schedule and your personal goals. Our knowledgeable team members would be happy to help you choose the right membership option.

If you are injured, moving or travelling, you can place your membership on hold for minimum of 3 weeks and maximum of 3 months. Maximum 1 hold per calendar year.

Yes. You can upgrade your membership at anytime in the Mindbody application or at the front desk.

Classes do not carry over. If you are left with unused classes each month, there might be a better membership option for you.

One Academy™ wants to thank the everyday heroes that keep our community safe by offering 15% off all memberships for police, firefighters and paramedics.

Parents who bring their children (aged 15-18 years old) may be eligible for family discounts.

Class Packs expire one year from the date of purchase.

On Classes

Make sure you’ve eaten and are properly hydrated. A meal with substantial carbohydrates, a bit of protein, and healthy fats 2 hours before and something small like a piece of fruit 30 minutes to 1 hour before is ideal. We recommend to always be properly hydrated but consume at least 500 ml of water 2 hours before. We’ll take care of your warm-up but you can also come and use a roller and the bands in our stretching room.

We can often accommodate walk-ins, but in order to reserve your spot in class you must sign up in advance by using the Mindbody app.

When you arrive be sure to check-in with the tablet at the front desk. There will be staff to assist you.

All you need is your shoes, whatever you’re most comfortable working out in, and your best effort.

All reservations cancelled less than 6 hours prior to the class starts time is considered a late cancel.

If the class is full, a late cancel/no show will result in a class forfeit for class pack members and a $15 fee for unlimited members.

We are very strict about reservation cancellation, as another member could’ve had the chance to work towards their goals in your place.

Yes. Ask us about personal training or small group private training. Our professional trainers are certified, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you to meet your goals – whatever they may be.

Even better, you can try unlimited classes for 1 week for only $20.

We understand that our workouts can be intimidating, which is why we’ve introduced our challenging but beginner-friendly “Rise Up” classes to kick-start our newer members.

Most of the movements can be modified with alternative exercises, but it is alway best to speak to our trainers or health & wellness practitioners before attending any classes.

On Progress

With 2-4 classes a week you can expect to see significant results in how you perform, feel, and look in as little as 4 weeks with incredible results after just 3 months.

Yes! One Academy™ puts a big focus on obstacle course racing. Whether you’re preparing for your first Tough Mudder or Spartan Race, trying to run your first sub-3 marathon or training for an Ironman, our classes will help you!
