One Academy® is a 10,000 sq foot training facility. Our workout area is fenced by a 28 foot tall industrial revolving garage door, providing the perfect daytime light and direct access to equipment and film crew. With large rooms adjacent to the main gym area, it’s perfect for hair, makeup, wardrobe, talent holding, and lunch service.
