Click on Book A Class to check out our schedule. Select the class you’d like to take and create your One Academy account with MINDBODY. Choose from the selection of membership options to access your class (Your first virtual One Academy Everywhere Class is Free!).
When you sign up for your One Academy Everywhere virtual class, you will receive a confirmation email from One Academy for your reservation. Approximately 1 hour before class, you’ll receive an email from FitGrid x One Academy with your personal link to access your virtual class.

Make sure you’ve eaten and are properly hydrated. A meal with substantial carbohydrates, a bit of protein, and healthy fats 2 hours before and something small like a piece of fruit 30 minutes to 1 hour before is ideal. We recommend to always be properly hydrated but consume at least 500 ml of water 2 hours before. We’ll take care of your warm-up but you can also come and use a roller and the bands in our stretching area.
All you need is your shoes, whatever you’re most comfortable working out in, and your best effort.
For our One Academy Everywhere virtual classes, we recommend that you have access to the following:
Don’t do it. If you’re struggling to get through an exercise, our trained coaches will be able to substitute another exercise that is better suited to you. Our city's public transportation will take you steps from our facility's door. Streetcar #501 stop #3055 - Queen St East and Laing St will leave only a 200m walk to our entrance (3min).
There are several free parking spots right in front of our building on Eastern Ave and Laing St. during particular hours. Just make sure to park on the right side during rush hours!
We have bike racks installed right outside. If you do take your bike to the gym, we encourage you to lock it safely.
