OA Endurance is a progressive periodized program designed for all levels of aspiring Triathletes, Runners, Duathletes, Cyclists, and anyone who wants to balance their routine with endurance-based training. This membership includes unlimited Run, Ride, and Swim* sessions.

Run sessions: Tues 6:15am & 6:15pm, Thurs 6:15pm

Workouts sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario and taught by NCCP qualified Coach, James Kitts.
*Swim programming is provided for you to complete independently. Occasional swim meet-ups will be arranged.
We offer over 20 live virtual classes a week, so that you can train with us from anywhere. Kick-off your training with a $15 1 week trial.
