Leo Vitelli comes to One Academy with an Obstacle Course Racing background, having competed in over 100 events. His interest lies primarily in longer endurance events, such as the 36 hour multi-stage race he completed in January 2017. Leo credits his interest and aptitude for long, physically exhausting events in part to his former occupation in hard physical labour, at which he worked for over a decade.
He hopes to bring some of his racing and training experience, as well as some of his life experience to the team. He thrives when helping people to overcome their own obstacles and achieve their goals.

Alex Safir is an osteopathic manual practitioner specializing in neurological rehabilitation and conditioning. Alex has a strong background in research, analysis, and the integration of multiple practices to help clients achieve their goals.
Through experience as an athlete and trainer, Alex knows that physical capability is only one piece of the puzzle of a person’s ability to actually USE their body. So many times we are limited by our ability to understand and coordinate ourselves neurologically. Alex works with his clients to build confidence through training the brain and awareness as much as through physical improvement.
Using a combination of neurological, manual, and exercise-based techniques, Alex develops strength and flexibility by linking brain and body health to help clients overcome issues and continue to progress.
