Access HiFlux™ training anytime, anywhere with OA On-Demand.
Our collection of strength, conditioning, mobility, and myofascial release classes will help you stay on track with your training and recovery.
OA On-Demand is included in unlimited memberships including: Virtual Unlimited and 858 in-person unlimited memberships.

Our custom designed virtual room is kitted out with everything you need for a seamless virtual class:

What to Expect
- A warm welcome from your Coach
- An overview of the workout, demo of exercises, and modification tips
- An energizing warm-up
- A wicked workout, and in some classes, a Finisher
- A cool down stretch
Recommended Equipment
Our classes require a lot of energy, but minimal equipment. We recommend the following:
- 2 lighter weights of equal value
- 1 heavier weighted object (approximately 20% of your body weight)
- 1 elevated surface (bench, stairs)
- Some exercises can also be effective with resistance bands or a TRX system
