HiFLUX
HiFLUX® is our unique training program that’s organized in four-week phases of strength and conditioning classes. With each week comes a new challenge in intensity and volume. After four weeks, new workout formats are introduced in all classes, so you're always progressing and never plateau.
THE PIT
Our workout area, "the pit" is designed with every single detail in mind – from the wide variety of strength & conditioning equipment, to the layout, and our custom built multi-performance rig.

PERSONAL TRAINING
One Academy® Personal Training is a fitness accelerator. Our state of the art Personal Training area and expert Personal Trainers will help you get the results you want, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

Yes! Our Intro Offer of 2 weeks for $49 is the best place to start. Click here to get yours. Trial activates from the date of your first class.
Yes – you can transfer your OA Leslieville membership to an OA Etobicoke membership, at the OA Etobicoke membership rates.
- Yes, for a limited time, you can use your existing One Academy Leslieville membership at BOTH OA Leslieville and OA Etobicoke.
- 6 months from the opening date of OA Etobicoke, you will need to choose a “home base” – either OA Leslieville or OA Etobicoke.
- From there, your membership will be transferred to your home base.
- If you’d like to continue to have access to both locations after 6 months – you may purchase a $39/month add-on to use both locations.
- Yes, you can! Please email us to let us know you want to start with your 2 week trial.
Monthly Memberships
- Cancellation terms: 30 days written notice to info@oneacademylife.com to cancel
- Payment terms: Monthly account payments, auto-pay renewal
- Pauses: Membership may be paused a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months (TOTAL) in a 12 month period

No, Class Packs are location specific. You can use your One Academy Etobicoke Class Pack at the Etobicoke location only.

5:15am, 6:30am, 7:45am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:15pm, (7:30pm class Tues & Thurs only)
Saturday:
8:00am, 9:15am, 11:15am

9:15am, 10:30am
