We have flexible training options to suit your schedule including: Unlimited Memberships, Class Packs, and Drop-In Rates. Join the list to be the first to know when memberships become available.
Yes! Our Two Week Trial is $49 and includes 2 weeks of unlimited classes. During pre-sale our trial will be 50% - join the pre-sale list to secure this offer.
One Academy does not have designated parking available. You may wish to find paid parking on Bank St, or side streets.
HiFLUX® is One Academy's proprietary training method that combines innovative strength training and conditioning in a 4-week progressive workout system that evolves with you. Each class is designed to complement the other classes on the schedule, to ensure you're always progressing and never plateau.

We will have classes 7 days a week - early morning, afternoon, and evening.* We are still finalizing our opening class schedule - stay tuned for updates!
