Nick is committed to tailoring personalized treatment plans using a variety of techniques including joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and electro-acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, athletic taping, cupping therapy, and preventative education to alleviate pain and promote optimal well-being.

- Acupuncture Acupuncture uses fine, sterile needles inserted at specific points on the body. It may be used to support pain management, muscle relaxation, mobility, stress management, and overall wellness.
- Electro-Acupuncture / Dry Needling Techniques using fine needles to target specific muscles, trigger points, or acupuncture points. Depending on the approach, gentle electrical stimulation may be applied through the needles. These techniques may be incorporated to address muscle tension, discomfort, and mobility.

With experience in orthopedic clinics, she specializes in gait and movement analysis, injury diagnosis, post-op care, and return to sport and training. A lifelong soccer player and current hybrid and HYROX athlete, Karly understands the demands of training firsthand. She's passionate about helping people move with confidence and reach their goals.

Dietician
Sarah Casciato is a Registered Dietitian specializing in sports and performance nutrition, with expertise in strength, endurance, muscle development, body recomposition, and hybrid sport. She works with athletes and active individuals to use nutrition strategically to support training, recovery, performance, and long-term health. Sarah takes an individualized, evidence-based approach, tailoring nutrition strategies to each client’s goals, training demands, schedule, and lifestyle. Her experience includes HYROX and hybrid competitions, team sports, strength and endurance training, and helping clients build muscle, improve body composition, and establish sustainable nutrition habits. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Applied Human Nutrition and a Master of Health Science (MHSc) in Nutrition Communication. She is currently completing her Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) credential. Her goal is to make sports nutrition practical and actionable—helping clients feel stronger, perform better, and build habits that last.
Dani Richardson
Dietician
Dani is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with a background in sports nutrition, strength and power training, and performance. With a BA in Psychology, a BASc in Food & Nutrition, and a Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication, she takes an evidence-based yet practical approach to helping clients feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their nutrition. Her experience as a competitive athlete and years of training across disciplines including CrossFit, HYROX, and distance running have shaped her understanding of the demands of training, recovery, and real-life nutrition. Dani works with active individuals and recreational and competitive athletes to develop personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support performance, body composition, strength, recovery, and long-term health. Her goal is to make nutrition approachable and sustainable—helping clients properly fuel their bodies while still enjoying food and living life fully.
