One Academy® started as a gym with a dream to bring people together - and we have done just that. By fostering relationships through special events, collective goals, and shared experience, we've created a thriving and supportive community for members.

Don't be surprised if you soon find yourself taking on your first 10km run, competing in your first obstacle course race, or out in the community cheering on your teammates!

Giving Back

Our sense of community goes beyond our walls - we're committed to giving back to the neighbourhoods we serve.

Through community classes and seasonal giving initiatives, we support local charities and organizations such as Nellie’s Shelter for Women & Children, Anduhyaun Women's Shelter, The 519, and Kids Up Front.

We hold a special place for lifting up youth and young adults in our community. Our One Strength program provides weekly training, mentorship, and access to athletic events.

Training Philosophy

HiFlux Training

HiFLUX® is our unique training program that’s organized in four-week phases. With each new week comes a new challenge in intensity and volume, and after four weeks, a new workout is introduced so you're always progressing.

Why It Works

In weeks one and two, we accumulate volume in order to build our work capacity. Week three is used to introduce higher intensities that will challenge the capacity we just worked for. Week four is our full intensification phase, where we push our limits, achieve personal bests, and set ourselves up for the next block with a new baseline.

10 Class Format

Your energy systems work on a spectrum, and our classes are the same: our strength classes will make sure you’re putting your hard-earned work capacity to good use, and our conditioning classes won’t leave your gains on the table.

Across 10 different weekly workouts, we hit every part of this spectrum to ensure that your training is well rounded and suited to your goals.
