Our group classes are strength & conditioning focused, designed using our HiFLUX® training method. Our classes combine the best of hybrid fitness in a progressive program to ensure you're always challenged and never plateau.
We're open 365 days a year for our community - with classes morning, afternoon, and evening. Our class schedule will follow a similar schedule to our Leslieville location. View our class schedule here or in the One Academy App for the most up to date class times.

Memberships are location specific. However, you can choose to transfer your membership to One Academy Downtown at the rate of the OA Downtown membership.
Class Packs are location specific. You can use your Class Pack for the location you purchased it at. One Academy Downtown Class Packs will be available for purchase during our pre-sale.
