Who qualifies:

• 23 and younger OR;
• Students aged 26 in post-secondary institutions in Ontario

How to get your membership:

• You must show proof of age via a valid Government issued ID or your Student Identification with the current academic year on it
• For OA Leslieville memberships, please email info@oneacademylife.com (There is currently a waitlist for unlimited memberships)
• For OA Etobicoke memberships, please email etobicoke@oneacademylife.com

Terms & Conditions:

Yes, you can pause your membership once per calendar year if you are injured, travelling or moving. The minimum pause duration is 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months.

For 6 month memberships, minimum pause duration is 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month.

Unlimited members receive complimentary Guest Passes each month:

• $249 Unlimited (Leslieville only): 1 Guest Pass per month
• $219/$269/ $279 Unlimited: 2 Guest Passes per month
• 6-Month & Annual Memberships: 3 Guest Passes per month

Members can book friends or family into a class using the One Academy App or Mindbody desktop site.

In the One Academy App:

1. Book yourself into the class you’d like to attend.
2. Select + Book a Guest.
3. Enter your guest’s first and last name.
4. If you have an available Guest Pass, you’ll be prompted to select it for their booking.
5. Your guest will initially appear as a placeholder on the booking. Our Front Desk team will then assign the booking to your guest’s Mindbody account.

Please note: Your guest must have a One Academy account before they can be booked. If they don’t have one, they’ll need to create an account first.

If you’re booking through the Mindbody desktop site, you can select the class, sign up your guest, and enter their name when prompted.

For 6-Month and Annual memberships, all Guest Passes are issued when your contract starts, with a maximum of 3 Guest Pass uses per month.

Please note that if a guest booking is late cancelled or marked as a no-show, the Guest Pass will be forfeited and the member who made the booking will be responsible for any applicable late cancellation or no-show fee.

• Cannot be used for specialty classes or open gym sessions.
• Are for guests 15 years of age or older.

There is no limit to how many times the same guest can visit using Guest Passes throughout the year.

Wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. We recommend eating 1–2 hours before class and arriving 15 minutes early to get settled before your session begins.

Be sure to come well hydrated. If you forget your water or need a quick boost, the OA Café offers water and snacks for purchase. And don’t forget—your first smoothie is on us.

To ensure you get a spot in class, we recommend you sign up in advance. We can sometimes accommodate walk-ins, but it is best to sign-up early.

You can book your classes online our website OA Leslieville OA Etobicoke and OA Downtown or search for the One Academy app in the App Store.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your first class. Upon arrival, check in with our Front Desk. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll be asked to fill out a waiver, and we will take a picture for your profile - the picture helps our Coaches learn your name and make you a memorable part of our community. A member of our team will give you a tour of One Academy and answer your questions.

All you need is your shoes, whatever you’re most comfortable working out in, a water bottle, and your best effort!

We hold strong with our late policy, so that you can get stronger in class. Please arrive on time for your class. As a courtesy to our members and coaches, members will not be permitted to join class 5 minutes after the start time.

Please arrive with enough time to get ready and store your belongings.

The following policy will take effect at all Toronto Locations  on October 1, 2026.

You can cancel your booking through the app. Cancellations made within the late cancellation window are subject to a $15 + tax late cancellation fee.

We are very strict about class cancellation, as another member could’ve had the chance to work towards their goals in your place.

*Unlimited Members benefit from a monthly Late Fee Forgiveness Pass. This pass renews on the 1st of every month. Late Fee Forgiveness Passes cannot be stacked or transferred. They only apply to late cancels, not late arrivals

Most of the exercises can be modified with alternative exercises, but it is always best to speak to our trainers or health & wellness practitioners before attending any classes.
