HiFLUX
HiFLUX® is our unique training program that’s organized in four-week phases of strength and conditioning classes. With each week comes a new challenge in intensity and volume. After four weeks, new workout formats are introduced in all classes, so you're always progressing and never plateau.

Our workout area, "the pit" is designed with every single detail in mind – from the wide variety of strength & conditioning equipment, to the layout, and our custom built multi-performance rig.

Memberships are non-transferable. However, you can add a monthly membership upgrade to your account to access OA Etobicoke classes as well. Click here to learn more.
- Yes, for a limited time, you can use your existing One Academy Leslieville membership at BOTH OA Leslieville and OA Etobicoke.
- 6 months from the opening date of OA Etobicoke, you will need to choose a “home base” – either OA Leslieville or OA Etobicoke.
- From there, your membership will be transferred to your home base.
- If you’d like to continue to have access to both locations after 6 months – you may purchase a $39/month add-on to use both locations.
- Yes, you can! Everyone can use the 2 Week Trial one time. Please email us to let us know you want to start your 2 week trial before your membership if you have purchased both.

- Payment terms: Monthly account payments, auto-pay renewal
- Pauses: Membership may be paused a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months (TOTAL) in a 12 month period

No, Class Packs are location specific. You can use your One Academy Etobicoke Class Pack at the Etobicoke location only.

New Parking Policies
Changes to parking at Etobicoke are coming soon, but the new policies are not yet in effect. We’ll update these FAQs once the implementation date is confirmed. Until then, current parking procedures remain in place.
Visitors of One Academy receive 2hrs of complimentary parking for every visit. Parking at 1377 The Queensway is managed by Precise ParkLink. Read below for all the details.
- Scan the QR inside One Academy or on the One Academy App homepage
- Enter your vehicle license plate and email address.
- You will receive a confirmation message and email showing your parking validation details.
Please note:
- You must register your vehicle at every visit, as the system does not save it.
- If you are staying longer than 2 hrs, you can extend your parking by scanning the QR code at Front Desk for paid parking. Please note, this is a separate QR Code from the 2hr complimentary parking code.
Yes, please register your vehicle for every visit. Scan the QR code inside One Academy or on the One Academy App to register. As a One Academy guest, you will receive 2hrs complimentary parking per visit.
If your stay exceeds two hours, you can extend your parking by scanning the QR code at Front Desk for additional paid parking.
Note: This is a different QR code than the 2hr complimentary parking.
With the parking registration in place, please give yourself extra time to find parking, register, and hop into class.
The 5-minute late cancel policy will continue to be in effect.

Yes, Precise ParkLink is monitoring parking at 1377 The Queensway to ensure parking is allocated for visitors of 1377.
As the building gets busier, we are working collaboratively to provide a smooth parking process for members. We will keep you informed of any changes.
One Academy does not have dedicated parking spaces. Please be mindful and do not park in spaces that are marked as reserved for other businesses.
Other parking options include street parking along Plywood Place, just east of the building, and some surrounding parking lots near the Kipling & Queensway intersection, within a few 100 meters of One Academy.
Please always check for posted parking signs and restrictions.
