Selected applicants will be notified by Monday, October 5 and invited to attend our Coach Recruitment Day on Saturday, October 17.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We’re looking for coaches who are:
- Passionate about fitness, training, and helping people
- Confident leading groups and creating energy in a room
- Curious and committed to continuing their education
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with people of different ages and fitness levels
- Represent One Academy values of inclusivity and performance excellence
- Ready to bring energy, intention, and personality to every session
backed by experience
QUALIFICATIONS
What Makes a Great OA Coach:
- Certified fitness professional (e.g., CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Personal liability insurance required
- Available for non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 1–2 years of group training experience

OUR PHILOSOPHY
HiFLUX® is One Academy’s progressive training system, designed to build strength, conditioning, and performance through intentional programming. Each four-week phase progressively challenges intensity and volume, giving members the structure to improve while keeping training engaging and effective.
