One Academy Downtown is opening in Fall 2025. We do not have an exact date yet, but anticipate an October opening!
One Academy Downtown is located at 474 Wellington St W, Toronto. The closest major intersection is King & Spadina.
From King St: Approximately a 4 minute walk. Get off the east or westbound 504 King Streetcar at Portland Street; walk south on Portland and east on Wellington.
From Spadina Ave: Approximately 6 minute walk. Get off the north or southbound 510 Spadina Streetcar at King Street; walk south on Spadina and west on Wellington.
From Bathurst St: Approximately 6 minute walk. Get off the north or southbound 511 Bathurst Streetcar at Niagara Street; walk north on Bathurst and east on Wellington.
There is limited paid street parking along Wellington. For additional parking there is a Green P located at 10 Portland Street, and parking at The Well (Precise ParkLink) located at 484 Front Street. BIKES: there is ample bike parking along Wellington.

The pre-sale rate applies to the duration of your membership term. 12 month for Monthly Unlimited and Annuals, and 6 months for 6 Month Memberships. Yes! Our Two Week Trial is available at a discounted rate of $25 (Reg. $49) until opening day! Secure yours now, and it will activate on the day of your first class.
Yes! If you would like to take advantage of the 2 Week Intro Offer and secure your Membership during the pre-sale, you can choose to start your membership after you complete your 2 week trial. Simply email downtown@oneacademylife.com to let us know!
If you don’t indicate a specific start date for your unlimited membership, it will activate on the opening day of OA Downtown. If you purchase a membership and wish to confirm an alternate start date, please email downtown@oneacademylife.com
We ask that all pre-sale memberships are activated in the first 60 days of OA Downtown being open.
Yes! Annual and Monthly Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks, up to a maximum of 2 months per 12 month contract. For 6 Month Memberships, you may pause for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month per 6 month contract.
If you wish to pause your membership, please reach out to downtown@oneacademylife.com and let us know how long you would like to pause for.
Yes, you can! Memberships are location specific, however, we are here to help our members find the best fit for them. If you are a current One Academy Unlimited Member and you wish to switch to OA Downtown, please email downtown@oneacademylife.com
Class Packs are location specific. You can only use your Class Pack at the location you purchased it at.
We are excited to welcome you! Our unlimited members at OA Lesliville and OA Etobicoke will be given 3 complimentary classes at OA Downtown to be used in our first month of opening.
For members who wish to train consistently at their home location and OA Downtown, we will have add-on options available once we open. Please email info@oneacademylife.com or etobicoke@oneacademylife.com for more details!

Our group classes are strength & conditioning focused, designed using our HiFLUX® training method. Our classes combine the best of hybrid fitness in a progressive program to ensure you're always challenged and never plateau.
We're open 365 days a year for our community - with classes morning, afternoon, and evening. Our class schedule will be as follows:
M-F:
MORNING: 5:00AM / 6:15AM / 7:30AM
AFTERNOON: 12:00PM
EVENING: 5:15PM / 6:30PM / 7:45PM
SAT: 8:00AM / 9:15AM / 11:15AM
SUN: 9:15AM / 10:45AM
Last class on Friday is at 6:30pm.
