• Founding Member Status: Get 10% off membership renewals (posted price) after contract completion.
• Payment due in full at time of purchase. Membership is non-refundable.
• Membership activates on the day of opening at OA Downtown (email downtown@oneacademylife.com to change your activation date).

FAQs

Can I pause my membership? Yes - after activation, Annual Memberships can be paused for a minimum 2 weeks to maximum 2 months over the course of the contract. 

Can I cancel? Memberships are non refundable, but if you can gift or sell the remainder of your membership to a friend of family member. Once the contract ends, we will reach out for your renewal; you are not locked in.

Is there parking at OA Downtown? There is limited paid street parking on Welling ton. Additional parking can be found at the Green P at 10 Portland Street or The Well parking at 484 Front Street. There are also bike racks, and easy access to TTC - see our OA Downtown FAQ for details.
