Front Desk Member Experience Associate

One Academy® Member Experience Associates are responsible for every aspect of our consistent, next level member experience.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, membership, cafe, and retail sales, customer service, and facility upkeep.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Passion for health and wellness
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate the company’s mission, class programming and membership options to prospective members
  • Availability to work early morning, evening and weekend shifts
  • Customer service experience (1-2 years)
  • Able to lift or move 50lbs
  • References
