Physiotherapist
One Academy® – Wellness Lab Etobicoke
One Academy® is expanding its multidisciplinary Wellness Lab and is seeking exceptional, driven, and highly skilled Physiotherapists to join our performance-focused team. Our clinicians play an integral role in supporting members and active individuals through evidence-based assessment, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. We are looking for practitioners who hold themselves to the highest standard of clinical excellence, professional conduct, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive, evidence-informed assessments, including detailed physical evaluations, movement analysis, and review of relevant medical history.

Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement re-training, and appropriate modalities.

Deliver superior hands-on treatment with a primary focus on sports injuries, functional optimization, and long-term resilience.

Educate clients on injury prevention, biomechanical efficiency, and strength and mobility strategies to support long-term success.

Work collaboratively with an integrated team of chiropractors, massage therapists, wellness practitioners, and personal trainers to ensure seamless and holistic care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in alignment with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date on current research, best practices, and advancements in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
Candidate Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably within sports medicine, orthopedics, or athletic rehabilitation.
- Minimum 16 hours of weekly availability
- Strong manual therapy competency and a deep understanding of functional movement and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build strong rapport with a diverse athletic population.
- Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
- Genuine passion for athlete development and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
