Personal Training Business Management
- Build, grow, and retain an active personal training client base that reflects the high standards of One Academy
- Maintain an accurate and professional schedule, including client appointments, meetings, and open availability, within our internal systems
- Proactively market and sell personal training services through phone, email, and in-person conversations, creating meaningful touch points with members
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all One Academy services, programs, and products, and confidently educate members on the best solutions for their goals
- Attend and actively participate in all required one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and development sessions with management
- Actively input client reports, programming, and notes on the HiFLUX® Training App
Service & Hospitality
- Deliver exceptional fitness assessments, introductory sessions, and other value-added services that elevate the member experience
- Engage with members to support their training, build relationships, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Design and coach individualized programs, aligned with One Academy methodologies
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe training environment during all shifts and sessions

Qualifications
- Certified fitness professional (e.g., CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Personal liability insurance required
- Available for non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 1–2 years of personal training experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals and become stronger — inside and out
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate, learn, and grow.
